April Miller-Lepage

I have been practicing law since 1991.  Now I am licensed in both Arizona and Oregon.  For the first 12 years, I practiced in general practice including estate planning, general civil litigation, and probate.  The litigation area allowed me to see the problems that arise in litigation and gives me a better idea of how to avoid them.

I am limiting my practice now to estate planning and related llc or business succession planning.  I will draft and record deeds, especially the transfer of assets into a trust or a corporate structure.  I also will do some contract drafting or probate work.

I left the general litigation firm in 2002 and started my own practice.  I practiced solely in Arizona until 2009, when I became licensed in Oregon as well.
