January 2023 A scheming, manipulative female real estate broker that has been with coldwell banker for 35 plus years filed a restraining order against me and of course in Oregon it got approved.... but then hired Mr Lounsbury and with some evidence finding, an audio recording, some texts and phone c...alls from the lying broker... the day came in court where the judge asked several questions to the broker and finally the truth came out. The judge instructed the lying broker to think of her answers very carefully before answering. Then the...."well respected" lying broker asked the judge to drop the restraining order..... because she knew anything other than that request and she was going to be in hot water with the court. I hired Dan to help with modifications of parenting plan. He is super easy and pleasant to work with. He's aggressive if needed. Even though people have given him bad reviews, he deserves a 5 star. Those who've been leaving poor reviews are just feeling sour because they didn't win their case. He has... won the majority of the cases he has dealt with. Kudos to Daniel!

Mr. Lounsbury was a great resource to have in my case. Very knowledgeable, supportive and his rates were reasonable. Sadly, I found myself in a difficult Child Custody situation.
