After having serious concerns about a Trustee for 8 years, and having contacted 12 different attorneys, I finally found Mr. Samuel E. Sears. Along the 8 year journey I had learned that Trust Litigation is a very specific area of the law, and there were only 3 attorneys in the Pacific Northwest that ...were experts. Civil claims often have a short life expectancy, so don't make the mistake I did, and hire counsel as soon as you suspect problems exist.
