He is no nonsense but he absolutely knows what he is doing and really cares. He can seem a bit intimidating and gruff at first, but if you just listen and follow his instructions, you will find that you are in great hands. His experience has taught him to know what info he needs from you to help you.... He also understands the emotions of going through a bankruptcy....so you dont need to use his time or yours explaining them. But you will find he is sympathetic to his clients situation. I want to thank Mr. McMillin for how thorough and professional he was and in making us feel confident that he had our back. It was a horrible situation in our lives, but he made it less painful and we knew we could count on him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
