Yeah Right.

When Google reviews are locked... This office is blatantly dishonest. If this is the ONLY Medical Malpractice Attorney name the bar provides for a year, there should be no list at all. I had to check a box showing if it was more than a consultation but I didn't even get one. The reason is clear, but ...not the one they provided. What on Earth does that mean you "can't take on a complex matter like this right now?" Really, because, "If you haven't worked in 15 years, then how are you going to pay?" I can't recover because of doctors now, which traces back to crime. I wouldn't be on Social Security at all if it weren't for Oregon doctors. This office doesn't know if I have a rich uncle or belong to a large church. I will decide how I make payments, not the receptionist.

Amy I am sorry that you are upset that we declined to represent you. It was my decision, not any staff person. Sometimes we have to decline representation for various reasons and while I am sure that is disappointing, it is no reflection on either you or us. I wish you the best of luck going forward.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
