I received a citation for a minor traffic infraction which also involved a complicated issue with a valid out of state driver's license. I felt I needed advice from someone familiar with the law so the issue could be resolved quickly and correctly. I consulted Mr. Smith. He advised me that my pro...blem could be resolved if I completed certain necessary procedures and appeared in traffic court. I was reluctant to appear in court by myself since I had never been in court and was more than a little nervous about the whole situation. Although he said he could represent me in court, he assured me that it wasn't difficult and I would save money by not hiring an attorney. I very much appreciated his attitude and the fact that helping a client resolve an issue was more important than the amount of money he would receive. Mr. Smith represented me in court and my issue was successfully resolved. It seems to me that Mr. Smith spent much more time resolving my issue than he had expected. Still, he consistently maintained that he had charged me a fee to resolve the issue and that all the time he spent on the issue was included in the original fee. I appreciate the time and attention Mr. Smith gave to my problem. He was very professional and promptly returned calls, emails and answered any questions I had. I would hire him again if I ever needed the services of an attorney.
