Joseph C Miller Jr

Joe practices VA Disability appeals, military law, family law, and civil litigation for Servicemembers, Veterans, and their dependents as an associate attorney at Northwest Veterans Law.  He attended Elizabeth City State University in Elizabeth City, North Carolina where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Aviation Science.  Joe enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard in 2006 and graduated from Officer Candidate School in 2008.  After completing his last tour of duty in Astoria, Oregon he moved to Salem, Oregon to attend law school at the Willamette University College of Law.  Joe graduated from law school in 2014 with his Juris Doctor and continued his legal education by graduating from Willamette University College of Law’s Dispute Resolution Master’s of Law (LL.M) program in 2015.  He is an active member of the Oregon State Bar.
