David A. Bearman is dedicated to providing comprehensive, highly personalized estate plans, which include tax and charitable planning, wealth preservation, and family legacy fulfilment.
The core values of David's practice comes from his time in the military, where he served in the submarine force for over 20 years. During his time in the Navy, David focused his spare time on helping his fellow sailors by taking on the collateral duties of Command Financial Specialist, Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor, and Sexual Assault Victim Intervention Advocate. This passion for helping families extended to him serving as a CASA of Jackson County prior to his time in law school. This desire to help and assist families carries through into his practice of law, where he focuses on the areas of Adoption, Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Guardianships, and Conservatorships.
David takes the time to listen to what your needs are and then provides you with available options to let you decide what is the right course for you.
