"You cannot survey the Oregon legal landscape without seeing the direct contribution of Mark to our civil rights. Mark is a tireless defender and pioneer of human rights as evidenced by his extensive appellate practice. It is very difficult to find a case involving Marriage Equality in Oregon that does not bear his name. Even though Mark has climbed the highest ranks in our profession he is still the most caring, warm, inviting and fun person to be around. There is no attorney I can endorse more."
"Mark is very knowledgeable and has taught me several skills to utilize in my practice. I have personally observed Mark's strong work ethic and unwavering advocacy on behalf of his clients. His background provides him with the experience and skills necessary to address his clients' needs."
"I endorse this lawyer as a highly skilled and competent attorney in this region who gives his clients wise advice and gives back to the legal community in educating all of us with pearls of wisdom."
