I was referred a case by a colleague in the legal field, a few close friends of his. Here, the husband and wife wanted a quick, clean, out of court divorce. They wanted to mediate ---not litigate. Ther ... e were no children over their 8 year marriage, however, the parites had sizeable assets, including an apartment in Manhattan with no mortgage, as well as other large cash investments.
