Biography
Shane’s experience and practice touches nearly all aspects of transactional real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction, development, financing, leasing, property management, and environmental liability and remediation. He represents various clients in their roles as owners, developers, purchasers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants, property managers, architects, contractors, lenders, and borrowers. He regularly advises and counsels clients on the potential risks, exposure, and benefits of commercial real estate transactions.
Shane was named a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2016 and was also accepted into NAIOP SoCal’s Young Professionals Group for the Class of 2016-17.
Shane is active in the community and serves as the Chair of the Associate Board for Shelter Partnership, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to alleviating, preventing, and ending homelessness in Los Angeles County. Additionally, he previously served as a Commissioner for the City of Long Beach Human Relations Commission.
