I handle consumer debt issues including: debt collection defense, debt settlement, Fair Debt Collection Practices act violations, Fair Credit Reporting Act violations, and consumer bankruptcy including chapters 7 & 13.

I help small businesses with entity formation, general contract drafting, planning for growth, development of exit strategies, business sales, employment issues, and commercial litigation. I fancy myself as general counsel for small business who cannot afford in-house counsel.

My real estate practice primarily focuses on working with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) to meet their obligations to their unit owners, provide legal counsel on powers and obligations of the HOA and its Board of directors. I also handle the collection accounts of the HOA all the way through the foreclosure process, if necessary.
