Rick Fowlks has earned my deepest respect, and he comes with my highest recommendation. There is one quality that sets Rick Fowlks apart from the rest: He is truly a decent and honorable man. This has been a very difficult divorce and custody "battle". It has gone on for nearly 3 years mostly b...ecause my ex-wife deliberately caused this divorce to be extremely contentious, costly and difficult. She played every trick in the book to cause conflict and delays, attempting to make me look like the bad guy, and keep our son from spending time with me. In difficult divorces like this one, it's no cake-walk and the really good attorneys out-shine the rest; Rick Fowlks is one of those really good attorneys.
