Biography
I am originally from New York and I have been a resident of Oregon for more than 50 years. I have been an attorney for even longer than that. My extensive experience includes tax counseling, tax planning, and representation of taxpayers in sensitive audits and tax litigation, both in the United States and Oregon Tax Courts and several United States District Courts. I have actually had two tax cases go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. I also have extensive experience in will contests, trust and estate litigation matters. I believe our firm has developed a strong expertise in this area. I am always easy to talk to and am a straight shooter in my advice.
