Cal filed my chapter 7 Bk assuring me that my 2006 state tax debt would be included in my bk.. after it being discharged and the state of oregon reporting a judgement for the 2006 taxes, I was told by the state that my tax debt had survived the bk?? After trying to contact Cal, who said he would look... into the matter, I never received response. And now I have $3,000 of state of oregon taxes owed, that I was told would be included in the bk. I do not recomend this lawyer or the company he works for. They do not return calls, they do not answer your questions, they are fast to take your money though. Thats about it.

I worked with Cal and his staff on a chapter 7. They kept me in the loop, let me know what was going on with my case and made sure I felt in control. Sometimes it was hard to get him on the phone the same day but I always got a call back or email within 24 hours; which is much better then most lawy...ers I've dealt with. Everything with my case went smoothly and the price was fair. I felt he and his team actually cared. I hope that I don't need another BK lawyer in the future but I would say that I would send my family there.
