also known as Susan Bristow-Ford, Susan Bristow Ford
I am an intellectual property and business lawyer with 24 years of experience working with businesses at all stages of growth. I help my business clients with business formation and funding, shareholder and member agreements, contracts, leases, intellectual property and employment issues. I also help them buy and sell their businesses when the time is right. And when disputes arise, I work closely with my clients to resolve the dispute through settlement or trial, and to help them avoid future litigation. I have extension experience litigating business disputes, including those relating to business contracts, member and shareholder disputes, trade secret theft, trademarks, patents and copyrights.
I serve the business community through my participation with Oregon Entrepreneurs Network and the National Association of Women Business Owners. I serve the community as a member of the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar Business Litigation Committee. I have also donated my time and money to Girls, Inc., Black Lives Matter, NAACP Legal Defense Fund and the Pongo Fund.
