Jason E Ambers

I am a seasoned securities attorney with over 20 years of experience in state “blue sky” securities regulation and enforcement, corporate law, and investment banking. From 2008 to 2024, I served in a senior leadership position in the securities section of the Division of Financial Regulation, which is a part of the State of Oregon’s Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) and is Oregon’s largest securities regulator. In that capacity, I served as one of the agency’s leading subject matter experts in securities and played a number of formal and informal roles.

I formed The Law Office of Jason E Ambers upon my retirement and am dedicated to helping clients navigate state securities regulatory and enforcement challenges in a manner that is clear, practical, and effective. My services include blue sky offering compliance, state securities enforcement defense, and expert witness engagements.
