About Diane
Biography
I went to law school later in life. Although I have only been practicing law for 4 years, I have over 30 years experience in the workforce. In addition to representing consumers who have debt collectors hounding them, or are being sued for a debt that they have already paid, or do not even owe, I am also an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau and have conducted 7 arbitrations for the BBB between car manufacturers (e.g. Ford, GM, Chrysler) and consumers who felt they had purchased a "lemon." The balance of my law practice is in Elder Law and Family Law.
I live and work in NE Portland, and am a native Portland resident. My son is 29 years old and helps me out as my notary when needed. I volunteer at the Urban League for their free legal clinics for Senior Citizens. Each senior (over age 60) is entitled to a free half-hour legal appointment, and if they qualify financially, they are eligible to have an attorney take their entire case for free!
