Biography
From wrongful death and other serious injury cases, to business breakups, employment matters, and regulatory entanglements, David has represented companies and individuals in mission-critical legal disputes at the local, state and national levels. His client list has included some of the finest companies in the world, but he has also represented individuals and families in "David v. Goliath" plaintiff's litigation, all with tremendous success. His experience, creativity and professionalism put David on par with the best attorneys in the region. He has earned an "A/V Preeminent" rating from (both peer and judicial) from Martindale-Hubbel. He has been selected as an Oregon "Super Lawyer" by Law and Politics. He has chaired Oregon Bar Association and Defense Research Institute ("DRI") committees, and was the national Chair of the DRI Young Lawyers Committee.
