Michael has a great sense of self. He is aware of both his capabilities and limitations. He excels at organization and community strategy and has the ability to fashion the appropriate legal strategy and approach to fit the situation at hand. As the Chief Executive of my organization it was extremely... difficult to navigate and separate all of the key issues. Prior to working with Michael I did not have an effective sounding board for the issues that I was dealing with, so it was extremely helpful to have a non biased sounding board in Michael who understood the dynamics related to both the organizational, political and legal issues involved.
