Biography
I'm a Portland attorney and the founder of Duffly Law, LLC, which I started in November 2020. My practice is split between two areas: employment law, with a focus on retaliation and discrimination claims, and representing tenants harmed by mold and unsafe housing conditions in personal injury and Oregon Residential Landlord and Tenant Act claims against their landlords. My tenant work grew out of volunteering to help renters facing eviction early in the COVID-19 pandemic. Before opening my own firm, I was an associate at Littler Mendelson, founded the nonprofit Portland Civil Rights Law Office, and clerked for Judge Michael H. Simon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and Lynn R. Nakamoto of the Oregon Court of Appeals. I'm a graduate of UC Berkeley and Berkeley Law.
