Biography
I am a trial lawyer. I bring lawsuits and I also defend them, which gives me a broad perspective and the experience to anticipate the other side's potential arguments at trial. I practice civil law, with a focus on personal injury and commercial litigation. I don't just "litigate" cases--I actually try them. This gives me the experience necessary to negotiate successful settlements, or to try a case when required.
My experience includes:
- Representation of injured individuals, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and sexual assault and abuse cases.
