I've been practicing in Downtown Portland, Oregon for over 14 years. My practice primarily revolves around Home Owner Association Law, Construction Defect Litigation, Contract law, Insurance and representing Real Estate Owners, select Contractors and Developers and others in need of professional represenation. I am a litigator and a trial attorney. I've taken and defended thousands of depositions, represented clients in hunreds of mediations and arbitrations and taken dozens of cases to verdict at trial and arbitration.
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family, golf, snowboard, wakeboard, mountain bike and ride motorcycles.
