I was a Daca recipient we reached out to Gonzales Law Offices for a consultation, and I learned about the possibility of Advanced Parole. I was nervous and scared at first because I was unfamiliar with the process and didn’t personally know anyone who had done it before, but they reassured me, that i...t was alright. In my community it is nerve wracking to try and travel and you worry about not being able return with your family. I was able to travel with no problems and visit my family and I am so grateful to have been able to do this. I then was able to get my Green Card in about three months after returning from my trip, and so now I am able to feel much more safe and secure with my status.

I was able to get my case ended through a waiver process. I am very grateful to have become a permanent resident here and to be able safely leave and... return to the US with my family.
