Advanced parole with daca

I was not sure if they were going to approve my case because when I was traveling to Seattle the highways got us unintentionally to Canada! USCIS found out and claimed i left the government and i was detained in Tacoma. Thought the case was finished and ready to go back to Mexico but I found hope and... talked to Jeff about how we can resolve this matter. Due to the circumstances we only have 50% of winning this case. The decision of approval was decided way sooner then expected ! That was such a pleasant surprise and weight off my shoulder. Every case is different but do not fear your case find a attorney like Jeff who did great work and ask the questions!

My wife’s case

Jeff helped my wife get her green card. His office was very professional and we are very happy with the way things went in her case. She got her green card in Portland instead of going back to Thailand which was great for us.
