Green Card

Lost proof of my 245i approval and was still able to win my case while remaining in Portland. The officer during my immigration interview was rude and raised his voice but I was still able to obtain my Green Card.

I was not sure if they were going to approve my case because when I was traveling to Seattle the highways got us unintentionally to Canada! USCIS found out and claimed i left the government and i was detained in Tacoma. Thought the case was finished and ready to go back to Mexico but I found hope and... talked to Jeff about how we can resolve this matter. Due to the circumstances we only have 50% of winning this case. The decision of approval was decided way sooner then expected ! That was such a pleasant surprise and weight off my shoulder. Every case is different but do not fear your case find a attorney like Jeff who did great work and ask the questions!

My Green Card Case

I got my GC with this office. I had a fraud issue in my case and my waiver was approved and I am not able to travel back to Mexico because of this office. I am very happy with their services.

I was able to get my green card. Thank you!

I was able to receive my green card with Gonzales. I have been here since 2008 and was able to get my green card through the hard and excellent work at this office. I finally get to go visit my home in the Philipines

I started my case in January 2023. I applied under parole in place and through this path I was able to get my residency through Gonzales. Now I can travel whenever I would like.
