I am a partner at NELSON|SMITH, LLP and my practice is strictly focused on immigration law. Specifically, I handle matter such as adjustment of status, naturalization, unlawful presence waivers, DACA, asylum, and all immigration matters focused on protecting the LGBTQ+ communities.
I am the AILA Liaison to the USCIS Portland, Oregon Field Office. I am also a past Ambassador of AILA Oregon to the American Immigration Council. I am also a past coordinator and planner for the AILA Northwest Annual Conferences in Portland and Seattle.
