Biography
I focus my practice in the area of commercial litigation. I have been lead counsel on a variety of matters, including cases involving securities laws and regulations, banking and lender liability, fair credit reporting, truth-in-lending, fair debt collection, equal credit, RESPA, and unlawful trade practices.
Prior to joining Lane Powell, I worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice. While there, I represented the state in national and local cases involving enforcement of Oregon's Unlawful Trade Practice Act, and matters concerning civil right violations or claims of discrimination.
