DISBAR MATTHEW FLORES, PORTLAND OREGON PUBLIC NUCIANCE not a public defender at all!!!
Incompetent FLORES did NOT even FILE my case on time, so I received a $3,000 USD fine and 8 days in jail on a MISDEMENOR! I am suing HIM along with the ACLU. Even his coworkers despise MATTHEW FLORES & all his helpless undereducated VICTIMS! Justice will be served FOR EVERYONE. ✍️
