I am passionate about tech entrepreneurship and I work with founders, creative individuals and companies, and technologists to get their ideas out to the world.
I practice in business and IP, including IP strategy, copyright, trademark, licensing agreements (and licensing disputes), and business transactions. My practical experience with software development processes helps me to introduce appropriate legal protection at critical junctions.
