I am a member of Lane Powell's Labor and Employment Group and concentrate my practice on employment litigation and counseling. I defend clients against EEOC claims, discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment and wrongful termination claims, and wage and hour violations. I advise employers regarding federal and state employment laws, provide sexual harassment training, draft employee handbooks and personnel policies, and prepare separation release agreements. I have experience defending Fortune 500 employers in state and federal court, and also have experience defending employers in labor arbitration disputes.
