Heather Bowman

I am an attorney and partner at Bodyfelt Mount, where I have practiced since 2008. I represent both businesses and individuals in matters of general civil litigation, including personal injury, employment discrimination, products liability, construction defect, professional malpractice, and insurance coverage.  I have tried and arbitrated cases in both Oregon and Washington.

Prior to joining Bodyfelt Mount, I externed with the Honorable Richard D. Eadie in King County Superior Court and served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal.

I was included on the Rising Stars list in the 2014 and 2015 issues of Oregon Super Lawyers magazine, an honor that is limited to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.

Bodyfelt Mount was founded in 1978.  The firm’s trial lawyers represent businesses and individuals in litigation involving insurance coverage, professional malpractice, product liability, drug and medical device claims, environmental coverage and defense, employment law, construction defects, trucking and transportation, ERISA, and complex commercial disputes.  Bodyfelt Mount has made a conscious decision to remain small, building its practice around a tightly knit group of attorneys with common interests and a genuine commitment to individual clients and their cases.
