We recently received our Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) thanks to the guidance of Harshi Waters. She really made it a stress-free journey bringing her vast wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. From the beginning, she was forthcoming with what would increase our chances of making our... applications successful and set out to help us towards achieving that by listing all the documents and evidence needed tailormade to our specific case. She simplified our work immensely and removed the confusion that often comes with these procedures especially given the amount of paperwork involved. Her calm, professional and methodical approach made this whole experience such a breeze. She was available to answer all our questions during the process and was prompt in communicating to us any information regarding deadlines or notices that came through. I contracted Harshi as our immigration attorney for the purpose of my wife's immigration case. While our case was straight-forward we were dealing with very unusual times and I relied on Harshi for advice, encouragement, and at times a little pushing. She was always professional, quick to respond and... informed about the process. She charged a very reasonable amount and was always available to help. If you take her on I would recommend following her instructions closely and doing your part of the process. The only constructive criticism I have would be that she could be a bit more clear at times or perhaps meet with the clients a bit more to prepare for the interview but again a small nitpick amongst a great service provided for a fair cost. Harshi prepared a family-based adjustment of status application and sent it in on our behalf. She did an excellent job in guiding us through the process and ensuring all the documents were in order when submitted. When we went for our interview, even though it was halfway across the country (we... moved in the process), Harshi prepared us for the interview via phone consultation. We knew what to expect when we walked in there with the immigration officer. We had a quick 20-minute interview with minimal questions and we walked out with approval. The officer even made the comment on how well the application packet was prepared. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!
