I am a partner at Bodyfelt Mount.  My law practice emphasizes general civil litigation in both Oregon and Washington state and federal courts. I handle cases involving construction defects, products liability, trucking defense, employment and commercial disputes.

I have tried multiple-week trials involving dram shop, commercial, and contract actions. I also have defended developers and subcontractors in multiple-week construction defect binding arbitrations.

Based on feedback from peers regarding my legal ability and high ethical standards, I achieved an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can obtain.

Bodyfelt Mount was founded in 1978.  The firm’s 11 trial lawyers represent businesses and individuals in litigation involving insurance coverage, professional malpractice, product liability, drug and medical device claims, environmental coverage and defense, employment law, construction defects, trucking and transportation, ERISA, and complex commercial disputes.  Bodyfelt Mount has made a conscious decision to remain small, building its practice around a tightly knit group of attorneys with common interests and a genuine commitment to individual clients and their cases.
