Biography
Brian Talcott is a partner in Dunn Carney’s Litigation Practice Group. He is the firm’s lead appellate attorney, and has briefed and argued numerous appeals in the state and federal appellate courts. Brian also specializes in insurance coverage and recovery, professional liability defense and complex civil litigation.
In 2009-2014, Oregon Super Lawyers recognized Brian as a Super Lawyer in Appellate Law. In 2014 and 2015, Brian was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© in Appellate Law. Brian serves on the Board of Directors for Classroom Law Project.
