He is a past member of the AILA / USCIS California Service Center Liaison Committee (2008-2011). He is also a member and past Chair of the Oregon State Bar International Law Section Executive Committee (2009-present).
Mr. Perkins is a 1997 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as a professional authorities editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, and is a summa cum laude graduate of Willamette University.
