Biography
My legal-business knowledge and experience primarily is (i) business, (ii) corporate, (iii) contract, (iv) mergers & acquisiitons, (v) regulatory and (vi) transactions. My strong interest is helping clients start, build, grow and counsel their businesses, based on my 33 years plus extensive experience as a business executive, corporate attorney and private practioner. The four primary areas of my law practice is with respect to (i) automated transfer of money (ATM) and electronic transfer of funds (ETF), (ii) liquor law distillers, brewers, distributors and retailers, (iii) general business and corporate counseling, and (iv) all types of merger & acquisiiton transactions.
