Effective, courteous, and very easy to work with

I retained Adam Weiner for my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. Adam's extremely easy to work with, very detailed and diligent, an excellent communicator, and very effective. He got all the documents and information he needed from me very quickly with zero delays / errors, and got the ball rolling very qu...ickly. My bankruptcy went through and my debts discharged. He's very courteous and generous with his time too, and a really cool person to work with. I recommend Adam for anyone who needs quick results but may be unfamiliar with lawyers, since he's so easy going and accessible.

A knowledgable and caring lawyer

Adam guided us through our bankruptcy with a great knowledge and a very caring attitude. Adam was very clear about the path that we would be on and what we could expect along the way. He was always punctual in all of our meetings and always got back to us in a timely manner. I have had the need to... call Adam a few times after our discharge was finished and he is still there for us and continues to help us with things that come up. It is very reassuring to know that he is still there for us when needed. Bankruptcy is not an easy path to follow, but Adam made it as easy as possible for us.. I would certainly recommend Adam to anyone else who might be going to go through bankruptcy.

Highly recommended!

Adam went above and beyond to make the experience as easy and painless as possible. He made sure I understood what was happening at each step, answering all questions and offering advice when I needed it. I would recommend Adam to anyone seeking a bankruptcy attorney. You will not be disappointed....

Client for Chapter 7

Simply thanking you, Adam, for what you have done for myself and my family, seems inadequate. I have struggled in recent years under the weight of our financial situation. Paying several hundred dollars each month to our creditors, and as a result, needing to access credit lines to meet simple livi...ng expenses. I felt helpless, and couldn't break out of the vicious cycle, as our debt continued to mount along with our monthly payments. Bankruptcy was a last resort, and one which I had tried to avoid. Honestly, I don't have a noteworthy story of how I found you. I simply Googled "Bankruptcy Attorney". I had no idea what I should be looking for beyond that. After visiting several links, I picked you because your web page was simple, your picture friendly, and the reviews from previous clients were comforting. The stress, shame, and guilt I felt prior to walking into your office was immense. You immediately put my wife and I at ease with your calm, friendly, and efficient demeanor. I left your office with more hope than I had walked in with. You easily explained the different options we had available, educating us in the pro's and con's of each. Throughout the process, you allowed us to progress at a pace we were comfortable with, and to make the decisions from the choices you presented. After feeling so out-of-control for so long, it was refreshing. You continued to reassure us and to put us at ease, and you always answered our emails and calls quickly. After going through such a personal experience, with you supporting us the whole way, it seemed odd to shake your hand, and issue a simple "thank you" outside of the courthouse when it was finished. What you helped us through, and the brighter future you have helped ensure I can provide for my family, was by no means insignificant. Your professional and knowledgeable, while always friendly, assistance was truly appreciated. Thank you!!

Our experience with Adam was excellent!

We chose Adam after meeting with him at his office. We had a couple things we needed to have answered before filing. They were 1.) Can we keep our home? 2.) Can we keep our cars? 3.) Can we keep our 401k's intact? In our situation, we were able to keep all of those. Obviously, everyone's situati...on is different. In our case, we had accumulated over $104,000 in credit card and medical bill debt. We had thought about using our 401k money to settle these debts with the creditors but wasn't so sure we would have enough money to settle all debt. After explaining our situation with Adam, I think we all came to the conclusion that filing Chapter 7 would be most beneficial to us. Adam provided us with a step by step list of the information needed, in order to get our Chapter 7 filed. He answered all of our questions and made the overall process much easier than we anticipated. Once our Chapter 7 bankruptcy was filed, the phone calls and letters from creditors stopped. We did have one that continued to call but once we notified Adam, that creditor also stopped calling us. About 30 days after filing, we had a meeting with the trustee and creditors. In our case, we didn't have any creditors show up, which Adam mentioned was typically the norm. We were pretty nervous about this meeting but Adam told us to answer all questions honestly, which we did. This meeting literally lasted about 10 minutes. We were relieved that it went smoother than expected. About 60 days later we received word from Adam that are debts had been discharged. To us, that meant $104,000 wiped clean. No more calls, letters, bills, or debt. My only regret is I wish I would have contacted Adam Weiner earlier! We struggled for a couple years trying to keep up with paying our bills and making ends meet. If I would have known the bankruptcy process was going to be like this, we would contacted Adam much sooner. Adam is very knowledgeable in Bankruptcy law and I would recommend him to anyone who is struggling with their debts, like we once were. It's been about 4 months since our bankruptcy was discharged and have already started to re-establish our credit. (We have a small $500 and $750 unsecured credit card with Capital One). Thank you Adam for helping us get a fresh start, we truly appreciate your work!
