Biography
I concentrate my practice in debtor/creditor law, focusing on representing banks, individuals, committees, and creditors in commercial Chapter 11 reorganizations. I also handle commercial litigation including foreclosure actions, receiverships, and collection matters in state court. I have particular expertise in defending and prosecuting preference and fraudulent conveyance actions in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court.
I am a Panel Trustee in the District of Oregon, Portland Division. Previously, I represented Panel Trustees in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California for approximately eight years.
