Elleanor H Chin

I concentrate my practice on litigation and alternative dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on electronic discovery. I have extensive experience counseling clients on e-discovery and managing electronic discovery in complex litigation, including antitrust matters and class actions. I represent clients in a number of industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, health care and insurance, in matters ranging from distribution disputes to prosecution of noncompetition agreements.

I am a frequent speaker on electronic discovery topics. I have been on the faculty and seminar planning committee for the Defense Research Institute Electronic Discovery Seminar, been a faculty member for the Georgetown Law Center’s Electronic Discovery Academy and am an active member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 1.
