Chris represented me in a dispute regarding back wages with my employer. He obtained a significant settlement, all the while, representing me in a professional and firm but courteous manner. It was actually pretty miraculous as I am still employed, have a good working relationship with my employer, ...and the issue has been resolved. I have had the need to use Mr. Lundberg's services on a number of different occasions over the years. I have always found him to be professional and to provide high quality counsel. Mr. Lundberg is friendly and enthusiastic but did not adequately research my case. A fundamental issue I raised as my primary concern was determined by him to not apply. This declaration was based on his extensive experience with similar cases and following research (again at my insistence). After mo...nths of effort and money this issue came to light as the primary obstacle. He had not performed the research he claimed he had in the beginning of the case and I learned this via his assistant. The assistant who was assigned the majority of my case without my consent. I learned his assistant had performed the work associated with my case despite the fact Mr. Lundberg told me he had performed the work in question. He finally acknowledged that he was not present during a confidential mediation. He has continued to adeptly side-step my direct questions regarding the research oversight and why he handed my case to an assistant without my approval. I ended our relationship and he has refunded a portion of his fee, without explanation to date, despite having left several messages over a few months. A mistake was clearly made costing both of us time and money however his evasive behavior was the most troubling aspect.
