Biography
I am a co-founder of Greene & Markley, PC, where I have been practicing for more than three decades. My practice concentrates on business, commercial, and real estate documentation and litigation. My experience includes representation of creditors in major bankruptcies and serving as counsel to state-chartered and national banks, savings and loan associations, equipment lessors, and retail merchandisers. I earned my B.A. at University of Washington, and my J.D., cum laude, at Lewis & Clark Law School. I am admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington; the U.S. District Court in the District of Oregon and the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and, the U.S. Supreme Court.
