Alicia J LeDuc

Alicia LeDuc represents clients in federal and state courts in the Pacific Northwest. She focuses her practice on business litigation and dispute resolution for Oregon and Washington-based entities and people, ranging from corporate clients to small family businesses. She also dedicates a part of her practice to pro bono impact litigation and advocacy for human rights, open government, and constitutional issues. 

Prior to joining Davis Wright Tremaine, Alicia served as a law clerk for the Washington State Supreme Court, as an in-house law fellow at Mercy Corps' global headquarters, and worked for a small law office of a retired judge. Prior to law, she worked in public policy and finance with the Washington State Department of Commerce and MorganStanely, and served on the board of directors for a Washington credit union.
