As clients, we had to deal with multiple errors and issues related to our paperwork for our probate process. We had to edit our documents and ask the attorney to make updates. Additionally, the paperwork submitted to the court included a document representing a different deceased individual, not our ...father. The process was sloppy and important details were not paid attention to. We ultimately felt it would be best to transfer our probate needs to a new attorney. Our attorney was shocked at the fees we had to pay for what we received and was very surprised with issues they spotted in our paperwork too. The only recommendation I can offer is to steer clear and take your business elsewhere. You will not have to worry about a lack of editing and you will save money.
