Erin C Walters

Ms. Walters is a lovely person but not someone you want to trust with your legal matters. She would take my retainer but then would not return calls nor update me on what was happening in my class action lawsuit against my mortgage company. I kept thinking there might be valid reasons such as sickn...ess or family issues but the facts are that she took my money and did not act on my behalf. Hind sight is 20/20. Had I to do it over again I would have continued my research and found an attorney that was prepared to return my calls and act on my behalf. Buyer beware.

Unfortunately I am not able to give a good review because Erin has done a poor job for us. We have been dealing with a custody issue and Erin has not kept us updated or returned our calls, or stayed in touch at all. I put down a decent sized retainer and have not even begun to spend it all and yet ...have not been able to get a hold of Erin for at least 6 months. She did not file paperwork to change the child support order despite our having sent it all to her, twice. It has cost us over 10,000 dollars because she did not file the paperwork. We had moved from Oregon to Montana for several months and tried to stay in touch with her while we were there to no avail. Since moving back to Oregon, again she doesn't return our calls.
