I agree with the other attorneys. Did you name your mother as agent? if so, you need to deliver the revocation to her.

Yes, talk to an attorney licensed in New York right away. You may have a claim against the original trustee as well as you husband.

This is typical behavior. in my experience, you just have to gut it out. I don't believe there is any legal remedy.
