Fred C Nachtigal

Fred is a lovely man and found him charming, sharp and extremely competent. Shortly after agreeing to take on my case, Fred became unreachable 24/7 for the better part of a year. his paralegal, while very nice, did not tell me she was trying handle my case, on Fred's behalf. He "missing in action"... and paralegal's letters were refused by opposing councel stating that they were unable to discuss my case with anyone "other than my attorney, refencing privacy laws. Fred did you overcharge and maybe there was a huge ongoing family emergency. Howerver, these terms were never discussed, agreed upon or acceptable to me and my case only continued getting worse.
