Ch 13 cases are now becoming more necessary, after the 2005 changes to the Bankruptcy Code. These allow flexibility for clients with above-median income or non-dischargeable debts, as well as allowing means to save and restructure residential property loans.

Ch 7 cases have been part of my practice since 1981. Exclusively debtor's work now, but have done creditor's work in this area, including litigation, in the past.

This includes all matter of consumer cases.
