Kirk A Schmidtman

Engle & Schmidtman is one of the oldest and best known law firms in northern Marion County, Oregon, and has represented many businesses, households, and other clients on a wide variety of legal matters.  Our practice is now focused most heavily on estate planning, trusts, probate estates, business formation, contracts, and real property matters, and our affiliation with Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP, Attorneys at Law, provides our clients with legal counsel on a broad range of other legal matters, including employment law, construction law, and a variety of complex litigation matters. 

I have practiced law in Woodburn since 1976, and have developed many friendships, contacts, and relationships in the community.  My affiliations have included St. Luke's Catholic Church, Woodburn Rotary Club, and the Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce, among other local organizations.  My clients have also come from many other communities in the area, including Hubbard, Gervais, Canby, Aurora, Molalla, St. Paul, Mt. Angel, Silverton, and Brooks.
