I am a real estate, construction, and litigation attorney licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington. I have been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, and have mediated, arbitrated, and litigated a wide variety of cases, primarily focusing on real estate, and construction.
My transactional practice includes representing buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, commercial leases, deeds, trust deeds and promissory notes, seller-carried finance, land sale contracts, tenant in common agreements, easements, and more. I teach continuing education classes to real estate agents, and routinely help solve real estate issues that arise out of residential transactions.
